Bookings and Cancellation Policy
When making a booking at Silk | Spa & Beauty you are acknowledging our terms and conditions. We do request that you advise us of any health considerations or if you may be pregnant.
- Silk | Spa & Beauty reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel pricing, treatments and policies at any time without notice
- We require a credit card guarantee or Silk gift voucher number to secure your booking
- Remember to re-book your next appointment to avoid disappointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- We require a minimum 24 hours notice for changes and cancellations to bookings
- Less than 24 hours notice to change or cancel incurs a 50% fee of the total treatment cost
- Within 3 hours of scheduled appointment incurs 100% fee of the total treatment cost including if you fail to arrive
- We send an SMS courtesy reminder 48hours prior to arrival for your convenience
Group Bookings (3 or more clients)
- A minimum of 72 hours is required to change or cancel all group bookings
- Less than 72 hours notice incurs a 50% fee of the total treatment costs
- Within 24 hours of scheduled appointments incurs a 100% fee including if you fail to arrive
- Gift vouchers - Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please note, packages are to be redeemed as a package and may not be broken from a gift voucher. Please present your voucher on arrival
- We accept Cash, Eftpos, Mastercard and Visa.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment so you have time to fill out/update your client profile
All treatments will conclude at their scheduled finish time, so please plan your day carefully.
Weekends & Public Holidays
- Bookings over the weekend incur a 10% surcharge and Public Holidays incur a 15% surcharge. Please note we do not accept Gift Vouchers on Public Holidays.
